SKYWARN® is a National Weather Service (NWS) program developed in the 1960s that consists of trained weather spotters who provide reports of severe and hazardous weather to help meteorologists make life-saving warning decisions.
If you want to learn more what Skywarn is all about, please click here.  There will be classes in the spring before our Monsoon season starts where you can become a Skywarn spotter and join our team.  You do NOT have to be a spotter to report what is happening in your area.  Please do read the information below though before you give a report.  As always, if you can't get Lisa on the radio, please call her at 928-897-2743.
